What do we know about our life before birth and after death? According to Sri Aurobindo and the Mother it neither starts with birth nor ends with death. Birth and death are the entry and exit points for our embodied state of being.

The embryo life, during the period of 9 months, covers the process of evolution of species, starting from plants and ending with the human body. We shall examine these stages with respect to the evolution of consciousness.
