Sri Aurobindo falls & fractures his right leg (age 67)

On November 24th, 1938, Sri Aurobindo falls and fractures his right leg. Hereafter, a few attendants would always be present in his chamber and informal conversations took place often. A.B. Purani has recorded some of them in Evening Talks (10 December 1938-October 1943). Nirodbaran has also recorded them, and they have been published in three series of his Talks with Sri Aurobindo. His book Twelve Years with Sri Aurobindo gives a beautiful, graphic and lively account of Sri Aurobindo’s life from 1938-1950.
