Shakti Balu is a musician, songwriter, piano teacher, vocal coach, choir conductor. She is a singer and stage performer in classical, jazz, pop music. She is one of the founders of AV Sisters, a folk and pop music group, regularly giving concepts in Auroville and India. She is also an artist, created a number of oil paintings, aquarelles and pencil drawings, which can be found in many public and private places in Auroville and India.
