Living an Integral Life
An Integral Life is a yoga of Earth-transformation. Its aim is not an escape from life or a shunning of worldly existence but a transformative change in our life even while living amidst it.
About us
We believe humanity is at a critical inflection point, as evidenced by individuals across all walks of life and diverse spiritual paths aspiring to a greater consciousness. At La Grace, Sri Aurobindo Integral Life Center, we have chosen to be active participants in this developing new world paradigm.

Institute of Applied Research in Integral Studies
Our aim is
- To pioneer new frontiers in Consciousness Studies.
- To conduct new research in different fields, applying its results to the educational and work environment, creating a spiritual foundation for new approaches to Social Sciences and Humanities.
- To facilitate the coming together of western science and eastern spiritual paradigms of knowledge.
The major task of this institution is to provide, accumulate and disseminate the original research and the research projects dedicated to the deconstruction and recovery of the major philosophical and religious traditions and knowledge systems, especially of Ancient India, in the light of Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.
Sri Aurobindo says: “… the Indian renaissance is arising, and that must determine its future tendency.
- The recovery of the old spiritual knowledge and experience in all its splendour, depth and fullness is its first, most essential work;
- the flowing of this spirituality into new forms of philosophy, literature, art, science and critical knowledge is the second;
- an original dealing with modern problems in the light of the Indian spirit and the endeavour to formulate a greater synthesis of a spiritualised society is the third and most difficult. Its success on these three lines will be the measure of its help to the future of humanity” (Renaissance in India, p.15)
