is presently working as a Professor & Head of the School of Business at AURO University, Surat, India. He has a teaching and research experience of more than fifteen years and holds a doctoral degree from the prestigious Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi and MBA from HBTI, Kanpur.

His research interests include service business, rural marketing and application of AI and ML in Business. He has to his credit many research papers in SCOPUS/ABDC listed journals. He also serves regularly as a reviewer of some prestigious ABDC listed journals.

He also serves as the Mentor of Change under Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, Govt. of India. He is a member of American Marketing Association, USA.
