She is a seeker drawn towards ancient wisdom traditions with a deep faith in the transformative potential of Vertical literacy. With extensive experience in higher education and consulting (Organizational Development), she has transitioned in recent years into the field of Learning and Development. Her heart finds purpose in experimenting with new pedagogical approaches and creating learning journeys with safe emergent spaces for students and stakeholders where learning unfolds naturally. She is a trained facilitator of Bohmian-Krishnamurti Dialogue.

Currently she is a professor at ITM Skills University and holds a PhD in Management from BITS Pilani, India. 

Deeply influenced by the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, she continues to explore her inner truth, immersing in various study groups and strives to cultivate equanimity both within herself and in the world around her.
