An Integral Life is a life-long journey of self-discovery leading to worldly and inner progress and the opening to universal values – values we refer to as Living Principles: Sincerity, Humility, Gratitude, Perseverance, Aspiration, Receptivity, Progress, Courage, Goodness, Generosity, Equality, and Peace.
12 Living Principles

The ability to give up the known in the pursuit of the unknown; to take risks; to be true to one’s highest. Courage is not the absence of fear but a graceful overcoming of all fear.

The reason why we are on earth: to live, learn and grow in consciousness. Progress is the attitude of continuously growing in the life and consciousness towards the highest and the best.

It is with widening of the consciousness and the one pointedness of the aspiration that the receptivity increases.

It (aspiration) is that inner flame, that aspiration, that need for the light. It is a kind of luminous enthusiasm that seizes you.

Perseverance is patience in action . . . the resolve to go to the very end.

Gratitude opens all the closed doors and allows the saving Grace to enter.

True humility lies in not judging oneself and in letting the Divine determine our real worth.

Allow nothing, nowhere, to deny the truth of your being: that is sincerity.

Peace is an active state of being where one can no longer be disturbed by life’s changing situations and circumstances and one is living always in the harmony of mind and heart.

Equality means to be equal in all circumstances, to keep a perfect mastery of oneself and remain peaceful in the presence of whatever happens.

It is to give selflessly, without bargaining or expectation. It is to give for the joy of giving. It is an opportunity that Life gives us for the liberation from ego and self-indulgence, an opportunity to participate in a greater joy and fulfillment.

One should not be good with an interested motive. One should not be good so that others may be good to you It is always the same lesson: One must do as well as one can, the best one can, but without expecting a result. One must be good for the love of goodness.
