Fear and anger are like wildfires in a forest—they can spread and consume everything in their path, including our peace of mind. Sri Aurobindo and the Mother teach us that to overcome stress and anxiety, we must learn to quell these emotions. They encourage us to observe our fears and anger without judgment, to understand their root causes, and then to gently but firmly redirect our thoughts away from them. It’s about fostering an inner environment where fear and anger have no home, thereby creating a serene space within us that’s naturally resilient to stress and anxiety.
During this session, Jayashree and Sharon share their research findings and insights on the relationship between fear and anger and stress.
