6-week NEW PERSPECTIVES series
The essence of this New Perspectives series is about harmonizing our inner and outer worlds to face life’s pressures with grace and strength.
Stress is like a signal our body and mind send us, saying we’re facing a challenge. Stress isn’t always bad; it can push us to grow, but too much can overwhelm us. In this New Perspective Series, we’ll explore what stress is, how it affects us physically, emotionally, mentally and even spiritually and why it’s important to manage it.
You’ll learn practical techniques for building resilience, which is our ability to bounce back from stress. It’s about having an inner strength and knowing how to heal from life’s challenges. We’ll explore ways to build this resilience, including practical techniques, like physical exercises, emotional regulation strategies, mindfulness practices, and spiritual reflections.
The journey towards managing stress and building resilience is unique to each person. The key is to find what works for you and to practice it with sincerity and love.
